Our menus use locally sourced (as much as possible), seasonal fresh produce that tastes as good as it looks.

The menus are all cooked to order, during busy times there can be short unavoidable delays, we trust that our customers acknowledge this.

We make everything in our kitchen where possible, raw ingrediants come into the kitchen ready for our chef’s to transform in to the culinary delights that arrive at your table as a finished dish.

Our fish is delivered daily by our fish supplier with “thirty five years of fresh, salt-of-the-earth fishmongering, working 24 hours a day, six days a week to bring the daily local landings and the best of the world’s catch to our kitchen door every morning responsibly sourced and expertly filleted’

Skipper’s catch specials caught locally from the British Isles by local fisherman, so we know where our fish has come from. It’s Local – Sustainable – Fresh!

Our meat deliveries come in from local butchers, our butchers ensure that all meat is ethically sourced and sustainable. We pride ourselves on working with local butchers to ensure our meats are fresh and of the finest quality.

We handmake our signature burgers using the very best quality steak and venison with a few secret ingrediants.

Our fresh fruit and vegetables sourced through a select supply list ensuring we receive only the Finest British seasonal fare to the most sought after luxury delicacies. Ethically sourced, sustainable, fresh and tastes great.

Our sweet temptings: desserts, cakes and sweet offerings are made in the kitchen, from miniature cakes in afternoon tea to a slice of victoria or coffee & walnut with your morning coffee. Traditional pies and crumbles & eton messes alongside Tiramsu, Sticky Toffee Puddings, Rhubard and Custard with a difference & Creme Brulee to name a few.

A selection of luxury ice creams and sorbets alongisde Affagato, Liqueur Affagato and Liquuer Coffees available too.
